Fanfiction ideas!  May or may not be fleshed out into proper stories at some point; I just want a record of them here so I don't forget.  All have something to do with Farscape, so heavy spoiler warning.

As many of you may or may not know, I got contacts recently!  I had a devil of a time putting them on at first, but now I'm pretty good.  Anyway, I wrote this poem in kind of a hurry at work, and I'm not really sure how I like it.  It was inspired in part by a poem called "Cagemaker's Craft", by a friend who goes by Solemn Coyote on FictionPress.  Feel free to tell me what you think!

In other news, I am still working on the massive fanfic of doom that I started for NaNoWriMo. I know I haven't updated in a while, but another installment should be up soon. Happy Chinese New Year, everyone!

So, I totally should've warned you guys that the pieces I'm posting here will be out of order.  When I do something like this, I write the pieces that I want to, and then go back and fill in the bits in-between afterwards.  For my 2006 NaNoWriMo story, it worked pretty well.  I got a good amount done, even though I didn't finish.  And maybe I'll even go back to it, since I've been getting ideas again.  But anyways, onto the next segment!

P.S. Woo-hoo for being behind!  ^_^;;

I don't know what I really think of this one, but I'm just glad that I finally have some time to sit down and write it out!

what killed all those dead birches
sprinkled through the forest?

a noisy little brook marks

I think so!  I really like the ideas I've been having for it.  Now, if only I could connect them ....

I don't; usually I just wait it out.  This can be a bad thing, sometimes.

depends if I have a computer on hand or not

sometimes, if I get another idea for it

my apocalypse story that may or may not ever see the light of day

every year, I try NaNoWriMo.  I have never succeeded

I write fantasy and sci-fi all the time, but never horror.

the closest I have come to either of those is my [see above] godawful Mary-sue

realistic fiction.  I hate the real world.

when I'm traveling alone.  mostly in the car, but sometimes when I'm walking, too

my dreams, when I remember them, are all far too strange.

Do you prefer happy endings, sad endings, or cliff-hangers?
cliff-hangers are good for keeping an audience hooked; I like them at the end of chapters.  But happy endings, when all the loose ends are tied off, are my favorites.

no

Are you concerned with spelling and grammar as you write?
yes

Ever write something entirely in chatspeak?
I hate chatspeak.  I don't even use it when I'm chatting.

sometimes

not really.  I don't think so.
